Consulting Appointment Terms

Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and protect limited availability, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made on the same day as the scheduled appointment will be billed at your current hourly consulting rate or will result in the forfeiture of any applicable consulting credits, prepaid fees, or package points—whichever applies.

No-Show Policy
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation will result in a no-show fee equivalent to the full duration of the booked appointment. This will be charged at your standard hourly rate or deducted from any eligible consult credits or prepaid fees. The fee will be automatically invoiced and/or charged as outlined below.

Time Overages and Underruns
If your consultation exceeds the allotted time, the additional time will be billed at your current hourly rate and automatically invoiced or charged to the card on file. Sessions that end early will not be eligible for a refund, prorated adjustment, or credit rollover.

Billing Authorization
By booking a consulting appointment, you authorize DirectoryToolkit to automatically charge any applicable fees—including cancellation fees, no-show fees, and time overages—to the credit card associated with your user account, if one is on file. If no card is available, an invoice will be sent to the primary client email on file and is due upon receipt.
